Currently Life and Death EP is still at 38% off during a sale. I read from reddit that EPs only become discounted at 50% after a year and Life and Death EP will have been out for a year on Oct. 31st. Do you think it will go up to 50% off by then or do we need to wait for the next sale after the current one? It seems like Life and Death EP is on-theme with Halloween too.
Hoping next sale will get you the 50% for L&D, this was the pack that sold me on trying Sims 4. I paired with RoM, Vampires, CCSP and PSP and honestly, I still love what all these packs offer :D
I will finally be able to get Life & Death. EA, please fix the bugs on the EP. It has some 1-year-old bugs now. </3
Although, not a general sale, if anyone is interested in using the build-a-bundle feature on the EA App, Life & Death is now available as a bundle option.
For Rent and Lovestruck have been added as bundle options too.
I'm a little surprised they didn't take advantage of Halloween to push a new discount deal on this pack. Seems like a missed opportunity.
Amazon in the US currently shows all of the new expansion packs at $39.99.

I'm in the Philippines. Unfortunately for me, I only have access to EA app right now since it's the only platform that supports our local online payment app (Gcash). I am aware of loaded or cd keys which actually has better discounts than EA app, but it only has payment thru Visa or Mastercard and paypal, which I don't have.

I really like Life and Death and Businesses and Hobbies, and I regularly check for better discounts. I guess this is not the time for me.

Packs are not always discounted 50% off one year after release. As HollownessDevour stated, Life & Death might get a 50% discount for a Black Friday or Winter/Holiday sale. But, there is no chance that its price will be reduced to 50% off this month, when there is already an active sale going on.
I think there is a chance for 50% for the Black Friday/Cyber Monday, or end of year/holiday sale. It is too bad they didn't do 50% for Spooky sale, they might have gotten more sales (and happier players), but I think they try to squeeze as much as they can, and take advantage that people would be inclined to buy Halloween themed packs during the season.
