Harry's basically a warlock, if you're using that as a synonym for male witch (or in the Wizarding world, witch is a female wizard.)
The specific mechanics may be a bit different, but in the broad strokes of things I consider "Spellcaster" to cover witches, wizards, warlocks, sorcerers, enchanters...
