Seems like that, sadly. I also like SPs a lot and wouldn't mind if there were more of them.
I noticed when I bought Island Living EP that note that comes with it didn't mention Bundle with 1 GP + 2 SPs option anymore but instead Build a Bundle was there, which made me think that they don't do them anymore. I would like to have all packs physical, feels weird to have only some of them like that especially because they still do make EPs in physical versions.
Well, I hope that they will continue to make those Bundles, doesn't really matter if they bundle them differently some times for example 2 GPs + 1 SP. I have liked all the packs that have come so far and I think I will like those that are still to come, so it would be nice if they will continue with physical packs for those of us that like to collect them all in that way. I can wait and have no problem paying full price of those packs, but it would be nice to know if they don't make them anymore.
