A pool stuffpack isn't going to happen right after the Seasons EP. They'll have learned from the reception of a small pets stuffpack within a few months of the bigger pets EP.
We really only have 2 full months of Summer plus since pools came with the base game another pack isn't required for them to work.
The problem though is that there would be a lot of outrage over pool content not having been included with Seasons. And rightfully so, in my opinion.
