Will you buy Sims For Rent?

I was happy to see the bug fixes the other day.

I am going to wait on this pack until they fix:
- the bug where tenants can't pay rent/bills
- the bug where landlords can't collect rent
- the bug where lots break if you turn them from residential rental into something else.

Considering it's basically an EP about building and renting apartments, I need the basic features of the pack to work before I buy it.
