Will you still roleplay as the opposite sex in a TS5 MMO?

I play MMOs, and I play both sexes/genders. I am not sure if I want to ever see a Sims MMO, though… Wouldn’t that just become a dating site? Or worse, something with restrictions on gameplay and forced storylines? (Because that’s what the MMOs I play are like. They don’t provide much control beyond a bit of character cosmetics, and even those are waaaaaaaaaay more limited than Sims 4.)
