Windenburg Mountain already has a snow texture

I'm not really sure if this has been discussed/said but I'm here to bring some news. I just recently discovered that Windenburg already has a snow texture in one of its mountain located in Von Haunt E...

Yes it is. I would love a snow mountain, but they can't make back drops into functional lots.
