Bella IS a mother of two. So she's "the mother".
WELL YEA...She is A mother but not necessarily THE mother, that's why I said she might be THE mother but I got the impression that 'The Mother' is some sort of leader and, until now, Bella was never the leader of anything. Bella & The Mother can be different people.
