My guess would be that since this is for children, they usually play "pretend" tea. Most of the time they don't have access to actually make tea using boiling hot water, so for me this is realistic.

The tea set is pretty, would have been nice to have real tea in it. But I also like the pretend tea, it's silly like real life pretend tea. The thought of adult sims drinking pretend tea with a straight face like nothing's wrong, makes me giggle. 😂
The big book case with the couch underneath doesn't fit the couch properly, hope they fix it.

If you alt place the couch it fits fine.

I know that but I'm feeling lazy to do that each and every time. It's not necessary.

Yeah, I guess but I want the set for adults LOL

Idk, our family (my grandmother) we just had "tea" with kids instead of pretend. It was basically milk (with like the smallest splash of tea to warm it, and sugar) in the bonechina tea cups. I honestly think we had kids as young as 3 or 4 having "tea" with our grandmother.

That sounds like a sneaky snack to me. Fancy way to get you to drink your milk. 😂

I mean, she spoiled us (we miss her dearly) and even the boys/my brothers' wanted tea time. So I say innovation!

I have seen some overviews but most builders don't check functionality. So I am hoping someone here might know
- Is the tea set functional, what kind of mood let does it give after drinking
- Is that big box in the wonderland kit a functional toy box?
- What are the interactions on the mini art gallery in the ravasheen kit
- Is the small box (cow print in the preview) a functional storage box?

Aww this sends me back to my childhood when we often drank same kind of "tea" 😊 It was just milk and warm water and maybe sugar and we called it silver tea if I translate it word to word 🍵
