Wooooo I figured out how to hire my own sims as staff in the restaurants (no mods)

My one and only experience at having a played SIM run a restaurant was Hugo Villarreal because it says he dreams of owning his own restaurant. I cleaned him up as a young adult made him walk normally and built him a restaurant. He was such a loner that he would get an uncomfortable moodlet every time he would go to work and greet customers. It got so bad I had to make him a private man cave in the backyard so he could recuperate from being around people partway through the day !
