I would never purchase them. They dont work directly with the gane creators and things become out of date and stop working. I use mods and cc and love them, but would never pay for them.
However, if they wanted to open a patreon or start a YouTube channel to earn money from Sims, I see no problem with that. I just dont think that it is right to charge people directly for mods and cc when they are not guaranteed to work forever.
