Don't get my wrong, I do love LOVE love my MMOs, but Sims shouldn't be that. Small, focused OPTIONAL co-op play would be okay if designed and implimented with the heart and soul of The Sims in mind, but I prefer it the way it has always been.
I agree, like the function games have in Nintendo DS option (you can hook up to another person farm and visit, or play as a team of 2-4 friends) that would be better imo.
