Would you like future stuff packs based solely around a skill?

The Nifty Knitting stuff pack coming up sounds very in depth and I love that it's based solely around one 10 level skill! Would you like all stuff packs to be like this in the future? For example, I could see a stuff pack called Slick Sculpting or something like that! What skill-based stuff packs would you like to see? Explain that in the comments!

***EDIT TO ADD: In my mind it wouldn't be JUST the 10 level skill you were getting but all CAS/BUILD/BUY would also fit with the theme of the skill just like they are doing with the knitting pack! :)

  • I voted yes, but I do have some reservations. Nifty Nitting sounds good, let's see if they come up up others
  • Absolutely not. I don't want to pay $10 just for a skill. Just like I didn't want to pay $10 for a chore.

So you're not getting the knitting pack? I think it looks quite awesome haha. With my idea you wouldn't just get the skill. I just meant the central theme would be the 10 level skill and all BUILD/BUY/CAS items would fit in with that skill too.
  • I love skill based gameplay mechanics in the sims. I like being challenged in various ways, I just finished with a university degree with honors A+ in just 3 terms but I also understand we have to have variety not everyone likes it. I like rags to riches and all about that grind for rewards. lol
  • I voted no. But...I would like to see packs that enhance and add to traits/aspirations as opposed to just skills... if that makes any sense lol. For instance foodies/chefs would get new aspirations, recipes, etc. The addition of bake-offs and cook offs with ribbons and trophies, bake sales for kids/teens. A playable caterer and chef career (needs to be a Dine Out update tbh), not just a level (for the caterer) or a rabbit hole.

Kitchen and restaurant decor, accessory aprons, cute little chef outfits for kids and toddlers. The ability for kids to help in the kitchen and make simple recipes, pb & j that does not require chopping lettuce, pantry decor. Kitchen play sets, easy bake oven, “secret family recipes” I just don’t want DLC to the DLC and leftovers (I’m looking at you MFPS) so no leftover cool kitchen or toddler stuff pack items. Oh and new and smaller bars.
  • I like the way Nifty Knitting is shaping up,so if we get more skill based packs as good as this one, that's great.

But for example, neither Laundry day nor Tiny Living are centered around a skill, and they're probably the best SPs we've gotten so far.
So i guess i'm okay either way,as long as the pack is solid.
