Would you like having part time careers in the game?

Idk why but I've always wondered why only the teens can have part time jobs. I'd kind of like it if I could a create slacker-y sim, for example, who wastes his young adulthood stuck in a part time job...

Well I see the point in it being in game - some of us don't use mods.
