Would you rather have World Packs instead of Stuff Packs?

I was thinking about it today, and i personally would be more interested in buying a World Pack that comes with a well-designed world + themed objects than having SPs. I want CAW, but i would welcome ...

Certain SPs can be pretty lame, yeah, but I can't say buying just a world and nothing else is worth $10 dollars. At least with SPs you get new clothes and BB objects. Sometimes even new features like butlers. Just a world though, nah. There's also the matter of how big is the world. Are we talking Willow Creek here, or Del Smol Valley? Because I sure as heck ain't paying 10 bucks for less than 10 lots.
