- Maybe you could use the computers in the library?
- MVWdeZTRising VanguardNo, you have to have a computer. I believe it's been that way in TS2, and 3. Can't remember whether you could write books in TS1, but I'm pretty sure you needed a computer then, too.
- Trips to the library I'm afraid.
- I could use the computers in the library, but... that takes all the fun out of having this family :s I sort of made an abusive husband with a wife from like 150 years back... It was already a pain in the ass that there is hardly any clothes that match this description. I guess I need to find her another outlet from her abusive husband ;)
- SimplyJenRising SpectatorIf you're ok with mods, this will do. From the comments I assume it still works.

- mariefoxprice83Seasoned HotshotIt's long past time we had a way to write without a computer.
- GalacticGalSeasoned AceSome of us started out with just a pad and a pencil, writing it in long hand or printing… Didn't get my first typewriter for years. Then another several years before I got any kind of computer. Now, I can't live (or write) without it. LOL
- For my 1960s family I use this
A really cool typewriter
It works great and is labeled as a computer, so it has all of the functions that a computer comes with. - mariefoxprice83Seasoned HotshotI still use pen and paper for writing if I don't have a computer to hand. :-) I did today actually because I wrote in my lunch break at work/
