Writing Music Bug

Hello all. Is the 'Write Music' feature working properly? I finished writing a song on the guitar and the notification said I could sell the song for licensing, but there is nothing in my inventory.

My second issue with the 'Write Music' feature is that whenever I cancel the action of writing music, my sim doesn't stop.

Thirdly, it takes forever to write a song. Is it intended to take so long?
