Wth is wrong with the jobs in the University expansion pack?

Twice two different sims have graduated from university. One just graduated with honors in psychology. This is supposed to help boost her career in education but bot sims are always starting at level ...

Yeah there should be a "Professor" entry in the job list in addition to the "education" entry. It's always worked for my graduates. Maybe there's a mod conflict going on?
