Yikes .... The Game Pack Trailer has more dislikes than likes

I guess good for those who were anticipating this?

To me, the fact is this is a Game Pack… so, StrangerVille Ep. 2?

I do feel that this might end up disappoint a large portion of SW fans because it will not be as expansive as true SW games, and avid Sims players because many are confused why this came to be.

Disney make me hate Star Wars and now EA make me hate Sims 4. What a great time to be alive.

I understand people are frustrated because they don’t seem to listen & give us what we truly need in this game to make it better. For a long time sims 4 has not been the same sims I knew & loved growing up. They truly have lost touched on their fan base & the sims franchise. I love Star Wars I truly do & at first I was a bit happy about it but truthfully what will this offer? I don’t see much replay on this so far. This pack seems way out of touch from the sims. I would have preferred a new occult type but Star Wars? This pack feels a bit childish from the looks of it & I hope for their sake this is executed really well & not watered down to kidish. I will still reserve judgment until we see more details but I truly hope that those surveys they gave us does improve the quality of this game. It’s sad to see many people divided over a decision that probably wasn’t even the gurus ideas. You have to remember EA controls them now & i’m sure some gurus felt this was definitely not something the fan base would be happy about . Take your frustration out on EA & Disney but not the gurus.

It may be as EA/Maxis unlike previous versions notice that some features are restricted to certain packs and may be thinking this pack will be limited and not available to all neighborhoods which for me sticks out like an sore thumb and it just limits creativity within the whole game in general like CL in which you can't build apts from stratch and it limited to neighbors, EL and CL. I do not dislike it until I get more info on it.

I honestly think a space pack would of been better with just small references to Star Wars. But not a whole pack dedicated to the brand.

I only clicked on the video to dislike it. I didn't even watch it.

No, judging by the likes/dislikes ratio on the trailer, it's mostly positive... ish. 93k likes vs 39k dislikes. This trailer is getting bombed, though. I've never seen such a reception, especially one about Star Wars. But I do understand it.

It might be restrictive to what neighborhoods one can alter and it might be limited in how and where one can use it but don't know until EA/Maxis gives more info, I prefer to able to use any pack in any neighborhood like previous versions and not be stuck in one neighborhood especially if all the lots are stationary.

I literally just saw the trailer and just thought "What the?" How does Sims and Stars Wars go together? Instead of putting out more game packs perhaps the guru's need to look at what to fix in the game or even add to the current game- Babies for one. People have been screaming for real life babies for ages. Open world concept? That was definitely one of the perks of TS3 vs TS4. How about updating 64-bit systems for TS3? Instead of making something completely unrelated to what (Most) simmers want. I won't be buying this pack because I have no interest in it. That isn't to say it won't get sold because of people curiosity. But seriously- Stars Wars? Disappointed EA. Very disappointing....

It is a pack that is for a very small population of simmers. The YouTubers I usually watch haven't even dropped their reaction videos yet, and they usually have them out rather quickly. This was a bad omen to me for the pack as in watching reaction videos I tend to realize maybe my initial negative response to some packs was over the top, however it is suggesting I'm on the mark about this game. This is disappointing and I don't see the likes/dislikes rebounding like other packs. In my case I could justify every other pack (although My Fist Pets and StrangerVille were hard sells), this is the first pack I can not justify.
