Most of the time the parent doesn't care, mine surely didn't when he put Call of Duty in my hands at 7.
If the child likes he game, and knows the difference between Reality/Videogames, then there's no problem. If you are trying to protect the child's Innocence, I hate to break it to you, but... They know more than you think they do.
