Victorian Architectural Details, this is book. It was a catalog book made in the Victorian era.

But there are so many reference materials online for free. Also there is blueprints.com.
Videos and walk through on youtube are highly helpful. Kate Emerald, a sims 4 youtuber, recommends if you want to make a recreation of a real building, find someone online who has already modeled it in 3d is highly helpful and will save you a lot of time and heartache than trying to make it from pictures or plans.
