Cars with the ability to fix cars, go to the gas station, dmv and maybe even drivers ed for teens
School and subway buses
Scooters and Skateboards
Faires which I believe is coming soon
Hotels
Amusement and water parks
Zombies

More things for people with disabilities like prosthetics, sims who are deaf who use sign language and sims who have down-syndrome, autism and speech issues. This would mean the world to me, since I do have autism and a speech impairment myself.
Bands
More pack refreshes
The return of stuff packs
Daycare, boarding school for kids and teens and an active school just for kids
More playground equipment and gym equipment
New hobbies like pottery, karate, ballet etc.
Malls
Retirement homes and canes and walkers for the elderly sims
Time travel
non-American inspired worlds like India, Australia, London, Morocco etc.
This is a lot, but maybe they could combine some of these ideas into one pack like for example having malls, retirement homes, amusement parks, water parks, hotels, daycare and a school for kids into one big expansion pack.
