Resetting The Cave in Oasis Springs

Question

Just a the title says.&nbsp; I am playing the most recent game quest and my sim has to break open the cave and explore it. She explored it but that didn't clear it. The cave was opened by one of her ancestors many generations ago. I can't even remember which sim it was who opened it.Is there anyway to reset the cave so I can have her husband who has maxed the handiness skill break&nbsp; it open? &nbsp; 😟

Best thing is to just do the task in a new save game.
Upload your Sims to the gallery, then download them in a new save and do the task there.
Afterwards you should be able to return to your other save and continue with the task done (or do all the task from that section in the new save).
