I tried to use it when they first implemented it. (pictures). lol It was ok to make some Sims mad all the time, but it's no more than a mood emitter is it. I mean my Sim doesn't have any idea what they are looking at, do they? Do they know that is their long lost love in that painting?
It's nothing more than mood emitters and from what I read recently it has been broken for a very long time.
