Currently, I have two separate saves that have toddlers in them. One save is a rotation style play, with two households. One household has five children, the youngest being a toddler. The other family has six children with the youngest two being toddlers. These two are meant to be about a year apart, so when I'm ready I shall age up Catherine and then wait a day or two and age up her little brother, Charles.
So far, I don't have a set routine, schedule, other than having a parent serve breakfast for the school-age kids. Then the parent(s) see to the needs of the toddler(s), depending on the household. Once the school age kids arrive home, I click on each of them, in turn, oldest to youngest and get them working on homework. While they are 'occupied', the parent(s) see to the needs of the toddler(s). So far, so good.
