I like this thread OP & reading how others are playing with their toddlers.
I haven't done a routine or schedule with my toddlers. When the toddler sleeps, I usually make the parents sleep. But I like my tots to have full bars of energy, food and then they can learn skills.
In my save with the twins, I'm thinking of having a schedule. My Sim parents are worn out, as when one tot is awake the other is sleeping. So it's constant chaos, which I love to have in my game as it makes it challenging. But watching my Sim parents pass out at a desk or flat on the floor, was funny to watch at first...but now I'm thinking how a routine might be helpful for this family.
