your top three things you want next year in sims 4

it has to be an object skill interaction or game improvement not a pack because it might not have the things you want please tell me what three things you guys are hoping for next year and before...

1. A system like sims 2 (fears, attraction system, good and bad memories etc)
2. Community lots with different types on one lot (for example shop and cafè)
3. More animals like chicken, birds, bunnies etc
