Zoomer Delivery

Has anyone else had an issue with the Food Delivery service? Whenever I have my sim order food it gets "delivered", but it never shows up in game ( e.g. my sim receiving it/the delivery sim handing it to my sim), but pizza is still able to be delivered and received.
