“Actions” tab not showing up in pie menu

As of recently I’ve noticed that the “Actions” tab where you would normally go to add sims to a group together and what not is no longer an option in my pie menu. I’ve removed all mods from my game, did a folder refresh, and started a new test save to see if the issue still persisted and it still isn’t showing up which is so weird. Please help!
