“Get to know” option unavailable

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Not sure how to find that info
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try and get to know another sim
What happens when the bug occurs? I use the “get to know” option once and then it’s no longer available
What do you expect to see? The “get to know” option there every time I click on likes and dislikes” under the friendly category.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have noticed that when I use the “get to know” option once, it then goes away and I can’t use it again. Have they changed something that Im not aware of and now it’s timed out for a certain amount of time?

I’m playing a police officer sim right now and want to learn this persons traits before arresting them but I can only learn one trait because the option to “get to know” disappears.
