If I shift click on a mailbox I get a pie menu with - Raise Error Immediate (debug), Raise Error (Debug), Debug: Claim Ownership, Create Friends (Cheat), Alter Needs... , Test Save/Load (Debug), Destroy Object (Debug), Reset Object (Debug) and More Choices. If I choose More Choices I get - Set as head and Request Service. Clicking on Request Service gets me Maid, Mailman, Pizza Delivery or Gardener. If I click on Gardener the gardener takes a sim hour or so but shows up (no schedule though so have to keep doing it every day). I thought it was testing cheats always on that was showing Request Service on the mailbox, but I guess not if you're not seeing it. Hopefully someone will be able to tell you which mod it is, I'll have a look see tomorrow to see if I can figure out which mod it is but hopefully someone will know which it is before then :)
