@egwarhammer - @MadameButerfly updated all those pretty early on. Let her know about the milk one! It might be a GTW-specific conflict.
I did mention it on her MTS page.
Having another problem now, I added 7 of Shimrod's mods to the six I had, and now my bin is coughing up TONS of sims with one less trait than they should have. (AskForLoanHidden, AspirationRewardsHalfCost, ChangeOutfitInactives, FewerElders, LessFrequentNPCPushups, LessMusicalChairs and LessWavingGoodby.)
I've deleted more than I've kept from today's "offerings." What gives? Can't fix them in-game without cheating, I'd rather just dump 'em and hope the next round is better... but today, it has been Very Bad.
No exception errors since yesterday. I'd almost say things are fine, EXCEPT for all the missing traits my new townies are showing up with(out), today.
Which mod would affect that? I can't figure it out.
Do you have any traits mods? They are mostly all broken since last patch. Also do you have mods that affect townies at all?
I don't think so... I had six in for most of the day, these:

After I put the coffee mod in (and took out the milk mod because non-python-savvy me thought it might have caused an exception file to generate), I wasn't having too many problems. (GTW adds "medicinal" to some drinks, has me wondering if that may have borked the milk mod... I haven't even tried Madame Butterfly's tea or OJ mods, but coffee hasn't been changed AFAIK so I'm thankful that mod still seems to be working.)
So I went for some of Shimrod's mods. http://modthesims.info/member.php?u=3066089
ShimrodAskForLoanHidden_V2
ShimrodAspirationRewardsHalfCost_V4
ShimrodLessMusicalChairs_V2

These are still in, giving me a whopping TEN total installed mods ATM. Then I took a nap. Back now for updates and more tests, yay.
I HAD Fewer Elders, Change Outfits of Inactives, and Less NPC pushups also installed for a while, but when I had all 13 mods in, those busted-trait sims swamped my bin. All ages, too, before today all I'd seen had been occasional teens missing traits. Today it was happening to librarians, I deleted at least 3 I know of... and I even had an elder with 2 traits only!
Where do bin sims come from? How are they generated? If they're being pulled in from the gallery, it could be custom traits not showing up for me since I have NONE of those, and never have. It makes about as much sense as most of this damn game does...
I would be perfectly happy with randomly-generated sims created by my own fresh game, as long as they come in with all their traits intact. It IS a little annoying to see a squeamish clumsy sim assigned DOCTOR job... but since work-selection isn't exactly working right either yet, he'll probably quit that and be an athlete or criminal next time I see him, anyway, huh? LOL
I took out the 3 mods I did because they were older. I REALLY don't want to lose my "base 10" because I tried playing without any mods and I couldn't get much done. But I want as few files dated before GTW to be involved as possible, and I don't want anything coming in that's trying to use things I don't have included.
So of these 13... which is scragging my bin?
Ok lets start with the beginning... lol. First of all, when you remove mods, do you clear the cache each time? Some settings may stay impregnated in the game cache.
Secondly, the (no cull mod) do affects townies but I can't say if it can break the townie generating system. It could. I'm not using it so I can't say for sure.
Next, the MTS_IceM_1501384_IceM_Slowtime mod has been reported broken for the Get To Work expansion. I would remove it.
The bin sims are generated when the game needs someone to fill a particular position. EX: You go to the library so a librarian is required, so the game generates one for you OR it will send one from one of your households that has the good skills for it. It will ask for another sim when the first sim shift is over. So at least 2 sims are needed for each position.
And finally, it could be a bug from the game. I know that sucks but eh, what can you do, bugs will always plague games. You can also try to repair your game via origin when all the script/tuning mods are out of the folder. Replace them after repairing and boot the game. But I would test the game without mods first, check all the townies, delete those "broken" townies first and then play for a while. Visit Magnolia Promenade cause it seems to spawn a lot of townies. Would be the easiest way to spawn them quickly I think. If you still have a problem without mods, well I suggest you report a bug.
