That one's here - http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=544637 (Click on the Files link). I've seen nothing to suggest that the patch affects previous not-compatible mods. It might affect some CC. (I've been falling behind on the CC discussion though.)
That's just a fix from January, it is not the original mod.
He's hosting the mod you're looking for. Click on "Files".
Nope, does not work and if you download both files the phone doesn't work at all. Guess I'll just wait until EA gives us the gardener for hire or sprinklers.
