Hi all,

We've confirmed that the newly reported issue of items disappearing from inventory is related to outdated mods. To resolve the issue, please update your mods & load a previous save of your save file to recover your items.

I am currently playing a legacy challenge around all collections and keep completed collections in a sticker storage box. All my collectables, from both the box and my sims inventory have disappeared. When I collect something new, it disappears as soon as I travel. Im in gen 7 so I hope I can get my progress back somehow.

If you use mods/cc,try moving the whole mods folder to another place, delete the localthumbcache.package and then test to see if the issue remains without mods/cc there.
