[1.118] Inventories, fridges, bookshelves all empty on loading household

Hi all,

We've confirmed that the newly reported issue of items disappearing from inventory is related to outdated mods. To resolve the issue, please update your mods & load a previous save of your save file to recover your items.

Since the recent update, any time I have anything in my sims inventory, it will disappear if I leave the lot or exit the game. It completely wipes out everything that was in the inventory. It does the same for anything in the refrigerator. Ingredients, leftovers, etc will disappear when leaving the lot or the game.

This issue has been due to incompatible mods in the past.

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.

What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)

Please also provide any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.

Torilynn94 If you still have this issue, update MC Command Center. An outdated version (from before September 2025) is the only known cause of this combination of issues. You might also want to see How to Use Mods and CC about how to manage your mods when the game updates.
