Hi. I updated the game yesterday for the infants update and I noticed that my game began getting really really slow when it came to loading anything. Now, this error code pops up after it gives up loading. I'm not sure what's happening, but I feel like I've tried everything. I don't have mods loaded in, I've had my computer cleaned up, repaired the game, etc. and it seems like nothing works. Anyone have any idea what's going on or what the fix is? TIA!

@hexpea Did you ever use any custom food in your game ?Can you load another lot ?

Hi!I used to use custom foods, but I've since taken them out - not sure if it would have lasting effects once removed.I've also chatted with EA support, so I'm hoping they'll have some insight, too. I know mods are usually the culprit here, but even without them it's still happening.Thanks!

@hexpea This often happens if you remove custom foods but there's still plates in the house. Try loading the lot that gives you issues in build mode and check for empty plates and delete them.

Same thing is happening to me whenever I try to move a sim into a home, it shows up with that.

@Nuke615 I had loading errors before and just closed the dialog window, and then I could play normally after. Does the game close when you press OK?
If it doesn't, maybe it couldn't load some parts of the save; you could try to play and check if something is missing; then try to save what you want in the gallery and start a new game and place again to check what can be saved correctly.
As you had custom content, maybe the game is trying to load parts of it which could be remaining in the save file and it's not available or compatible with the game version anymore (so the saves may have became corrupted).

I was able to save a loaded lot. The new saves load properly without the error (see screenshot for my new saved files)...all the old saves still produce the error, but I can load the old saved lots after the error screen message is closed and I click on a neighborhood and lot: Then I can save.

I cant travel anywhere with my sim. every time i do it takes me to manage worlds with a pop up saying error code
