2 Resource based Questions: SIMO (0x025ED6F4) And LOOK (0x71BDB8A2)

Alright, So We're looking for more information on the SIMO resource type. The main thing of it is what does it control? What does it tie into? and what uses it? For lack of better wording, Would there...

ok good, Thanks. I had a slight suspicion it would behave like that and custom Looks were possible, I just wanted to make sure (Can't be too sure)

Now a kinda Basic question, what can't a Styled Look apply to the sim? From what the Base ones given I've seen them apply clothing, shoes, accessories, hats and Makeup. Would it be able to apply a specific hairstyle and tattoo or are those off the limits?
