Enchantment expansion pack broke my gameplay.

I downloaded the new Enchantment expansion pack. I started to play and first it was mt script mods that were breaking. I deleted all my script mods to see if that would be my solution. When going back to playing, I was not able to interact with any of the NPC's, it would lag out and send them into "T pose" and the interaction wasn't possible. I went into sims settings and disabled all mods including CC and only now does it work but for me it completely ruins my experience all together. I tried to reset my sim, repair all expansion packs. It does not work at all with any mods or CC. I'm not sure what I can do from here as I have over 900 CC and have already had issues previously where I needed to delete EVERYTHING and restart. I really don't want to have to do such again.
