Alright, So We're looking for more information on the SIMO resource type. The main thing of it is what does it control? What does it tie into? and what uses it? For lack of better wording, Would there...

Yeah that's how the feature is designed, the styled looks only applies to clothing. The SIMO actually defines the entire sim, as you can see in the thumbnails - but when they are applied it only changes the clothing.
