A sim lip/mouth overlay won’t delete.

Hi All,

I’ve been going crazy trying to find and delete this lip/mouth overlay for a couple days and no where in my CC can I find it labeled as such. It goes away when I turn off CC and mods in the game but as soon as I turn them back on there it is and I don’t know how to find it and delete it, and I hate it. As far as I can tell, it has just embedded itself into my CC now and I can’t find the file associated file. Please help! 

Even when I use the Sims 4 Tray Importer and have nothing on the Sim but those the lips, it says it is not modded even though it definitely is.

    @paytanmay99 

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found the offending CC.
