I removed everything off my toddler and checked through Sims4Studio but found nothing..
Lakenshot Try doing a Save As (for a backup), then rename the Mods folder, delete localthumbcache, and check that save again. It's not only what's on your toddler that might be the issue.
Hey, so I did this and when i rejoined the marks are still there on both the toddler and another newborn infant, just in different colors. So it must be a game issue if its not a mod or cc causing it.
Lakenshot Does it happen in a new save, or is it just an issue with getting rid of these on a previously modded save? Also, try aging them up, editing them, and aging them back down again.
