Acting career isn't working for one specific sim

@debie_iti Have you tried giving them another job and see if you can then re-join or does no job show up ?

    The career doesn't show up at all.

        The acting career isn't showing up in the find a job panel for this specific sim at all. It's showing up in other sims in other households.
