Hi, thank you loads for the advice and support! Moving my Sims4 folder out of Electronic Arts worked well for me. I was able to create a Sim, move it into a furnished base house, everything was fine. I then saved this Sim, saved and then exited the game. I even closed the EA tab. Feeling confident, I added my mods from the moved Sims4 folder back into the newly spawned Mods folder, including my saves and then reloaded the game. I was met with the same black janky screen. I'm sure the issue isn't completely my mods, though if it is my saves I don't mind just starting all over again. I have provided a dxdiag below. Thank you again.
