After update my game wont work. mods or cc problem?

i know this is probaby an issue for eveyone else as the new update has come with way more bugs than usual and its pretty bad. anyway whenever i start up my game and its loaded onto the homescreen it comes up with a distorted menu with text in places it shouldnt be. (i will add a screenshot of what it looks like) i also cant click anything and ive even had to resort to using chat gpt for help which i am really embarrased about lol. i have removed **bleep** and mccc as i was told by chat gpt it could be a porblem, it also suggested that it could of been a gui mod as i have a few installed but im not entirely sure so please help
