Aging up glitched

My sims keep havin their birthdays coming up like every 2-3 days, they keep having the ''aging up'' thingy where they turn in the air but they don't actually age up they are still young adults and i can't age up my babies. they are in the bassinet, i click age up and nothing happens. they are 4-5 days old and won't age up. it said about 2 sims days ago that it was their birthday but nothing happened. oh also my babies are multiplying. like a i get another set of babies ever now and then and have to use the cheat ''destroy object'' to destroy the new set of babies. i dont know whats the problem, help. i did not buy the new enfant pack.

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game in a new save.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.

    I had this problem and it turned out to be graycurse's random traits. I don't know if it's the same for everyone.
