I downloaded custom nuptials by adeepindigo and now I can't schedule a wedding in the game. the option for wedding is completely gone. I can schedule an engagement party and bachelor/ette party but I can't schedule a wedding. I uninstalled the mod but nothing ever changed. Can someone help me on this? My current game version is 1.116.240.1020 DX11
Check the full details on the itchio page for the mod. It has several mod conflicts listed. And make sure to delete localthumbcache when you remove a mod. But also test in a new save, on Sims you never played before.

It doesn't let you create a wedding right away, you have to plan your wedding first and send out invitations from my experience, you can use your phone or the custom nuptial menu on your sim
I know this is a bit late, but the wedding event is not actually created through "Add Wedding Event." When using the calendar, you need to click "Add Social Event" and scroll down until you find the option labeled "Commitment Ceremony," which is where you can schedule the wedding. However, the last time I tried this, it caused an infinite loading screen on my end. So, to be safe, I would recommend using "Add Wedding Event" instead.
