As above, when I place any cc appliance into a counter, it straight away disappears. I have moved all mods, and placed by one by one but no matter the mod, it happens - so seems an issue with any...

Hmmm. Have you tried with different counters? And does it happen with in-counter appliances that aren't CC (like ovens)?
