HII!!
Im new to adding mods to my game but I have around one or two right now but recently anytime I try an add a new mod nothing works.
I have done so much research on why but every time I try something new it doesn't work, I feel like I have tried everything. Can someone please help?
I have updated my game and have the newest updated mods.

Yes, the mods are not showing up in the game anytime I try and add one to my sims game. My game works just fine, the mods just do not show up. I have also turned custom content and script mods on as well and that does not seem to make a difference either. I have 2 mods on there right now and they work just fine and I had no problem getting them added to my game but now I can't get new mods to work.
Some CC requires other packs to work, if you don't have the required packs, the CC just won't show up. Also some Scripted Mods appear only as context menus when you click the ground, an object or a sim. Go back to the CC pages a carefully read the descriptions and report the issue to the creators too 🙂
- @macierayk I merged your post with the main thread on Mods/CC then. Please try all the suggestions on the first page and if none of these work, please provide a screenshot of your mods folder.
Make sure to edit out any personal information on the screenshot. The newer mods that don't work are they in a folder with a zipper icon by chance? Some smaller ones come even as a plain file no folders, the bigger ones must be extracted if they are in zip format. Just a guess, but I might be right, see if there's a zipper.
