[ARCHIVED] How to use Mods/CC on PC

Someone please help me! I am new to using custom content and everything that I download does not appear in game. The only thing working is the basemental cc. All of my scripts are turned on so is allow custom content, but no matter why I download it does not show up! I’ve fixed the game multiple times I’ve restarted my laptop, I’ve deleted old cc just to try to fix this and still no such luck. Am I placing them in the wrong place or do I just not know what I’m doing? I’ve watched almost every Yelp video I could think of and still nothing. I’m about to go crazy!!!
