[ARCHIVED] How to use Mods/CC on PC

My sims 4 script mods are not working and I have tried everything to fix it. All the script mods show in game but when I click on them or try to use them they don’t work. I made sure multiple times that script mods and mods are enabled. I redownload all the mods to make sure they’re up to date. I’ve delete the options, gameversion and localthumbcache file and that hasn’t worked. I also repaired the game and that hasn’t worked either. I’ve even removed every single mod and just kept the script mods and it just doesn’t work. Somebody help I just don’t know what to do anymore!
